March 15, 2020 – Wayzata

Dear Wayzata Parents,

As the Wayzata Public Schools will close for all students starting tomorrow, Monday, March 16th and will continue to be closed through Sunday, April 5th; our Qué Tal Language Program will close too. We are also planning to resume our classes and after class programs after spring break, on April 6th, dependent upon the rapidly changing situation with the coronavirus.

Online and remote Learning Plans

Our teachers have begun planning online and remote learning experiences for students and will have materials ready for pick-up on Wednesday March 18th between 3 and 6 pm. We are planning to piggyback on the resources the District has for remote e-learning and will share specific details in the days to come.

Childcare for Emergency Personnel

We are in communication with the District to confirm they will support our emergency workers with childcare as we understand some of them rely on our classes and after class programs to support their work. We’ll act accordingly.
