May Survey Results

May 31st sent via Jupiter with graphs. Survey around remote learning.

Dear parents,

Thanks a lot for participating in our survey at the beginning of May! Attached you’ll find graphs showing the results we got. Out of 269 families, 178 responded (66%). ¡Mil gracias!

Based on your feedback, we asked all our teachers to:

a) Have at least 2 zoom conferences per week from May 8th until the end of the school year.

b) Review (and adjust) , per class, what the ideal schedule for the conferences would be. And

c) To continue to be as flexible as possible with each student, (particularly regarding assignment due dates).

Know that I read each comment and shared them with teachers as appropriate (including all the recognition and praise you gave them), I’m unable to respond to any specific question since the survey was anonymous. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me (as several of you have already done).

As we approach the end of our school year, I want to thank you all (and your students) for your enormous support during the whole year and, in particular, during these past 9 weeks as we transitioned to a remote learning experience.

Please know that we are using all your feedback to get prepared for the next school year. We will do our best to offer you a high-quality program, whatever the circumstances are.

Stay safe!

Francisco
