Elena Gandía was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She has been at Qué Tal for 15 years. Elena is our Elementary Lead Teacher, and is teaching a 1st and 6th grade class this year.

Fernanda González was born in Argentina. She has taught Elementary students at Qué Tal since 2007. She is currently teaching our 2nd grade classes.

¡Hola!, my name is Rosana Guastaferro. I have been working at Qué Tal since 2007, teaching first level of the program, especially kindergartners. I am very happy to be teaching not only a language but also a culture and traditions.
I was born in Buenos Aires (Argentina) but grew up in Caracas (Venezuela). I have been in the US 20 years, always in Minnesota.

María Elisa Hagg
Elementary and Middle School Teacher
María Elisa Hagg was born, raised and educated in Lima, Perú. She came to the United States at the age of 31 and joined Qué Tal in 2015. She is currently teaching 1st grade and 8th grade classes.
María Paula Iannini
Elementary and Middle School Teacher
María Paula Iannini was born in Bogotá, Colombia. She teaches both Elementary and Middle School students, currently teaching 2nd and 7th grade classes.
Claudia Lindman
Elementary School Teacher
Claudia Lindman was born in Trujillo, Peru. She joined Qué Tal four years ago and is teaching a Kindergarten and a 1st Grade Class.
Laura Lopez
Middle School Teacher
Laura Lopez was born in Mexico. She has been at Qué Tal since Feb 2015. She has taught both elementary and middle school. She currently teaches 8th grade.
Carolina Mardones
Elementary School Teacher
Carolina Mardones was born in Santiago, Chile. In 2009, she joined Qué Tal as a Substitute Teacher. Since 2010, she has been teaching elementary students full-time. She currently teaches a 2nd grade class.

Ana María Menanteau was born in Santiago, Chile and has lived in Argentina, Ecuador, Paraguay, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Honduras! She has been teaching elementary students at Qué Tal since 2012. Currently she is teaching our 5th graders.
Soledad Morantes

Soledad Morantes was born in Costa Rica and has taught Elementary, Intermediate and Middle School students at Qué Tal for the past ten years. She is currently teaching Level C.
Laura Mueller
Elementary and Middle School Teacher
Laura Mueller was born in New York, but was raised and educated in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has taught both Elementary and Middle school students since 2002 and at Qué Tal since September 2006. She currently teaches 3rd and 6th grade classes.
Eva Palma
Elementary School Teacher
Eva Palma, from Chile, has been working for Qué Tal for 4 years. When she first came to Minnesota she worked as a journalist and editor, until she decided to transition to teaching. She has a PhD in Hispanic Literature and Cultures from the University of Minnesota, where she has also been teaching Spanish and Literature classes. She is currently teaching a 4th grade class.
